Margaret Van Herk
Serving Southern California families for over 40 years, Margaret offers extensive expertise in all aspects of real estate. As a Huntington Beach resident and having raised her own family in the area, she has hyperlocal knowledge of the many communities and surrounding neighborhoods and imparts that knowledge on her clients, helping them to make educated decisions on what best fits their needs. Margaret specializes in both residential and investment properties helping her clients find their dream home as well as build a profitable Real Estate Portfolio. Over the course of her career, each year she has been amongst the top 10% of producing agents company-wide and has earned multiple company top-seller awards.
Drew Van Herk
Drew is the other half of the Van Herk Team and together they make up a powerhouse, multi-generational unit offering industry-leading technology and marketing, and fabled client service. Born and raised in Huntington Beach, Drew is involved in many community organizations throughout Orange County, and understands the unique features that draw families to the area. His positive and determined mindset has helped him be recognized as a young, top 10% performer.
